Architectural
We are able to offer architectural specifications for use in bid document preparation and can tailor these to the requirements of the owner. Specifications need to be reviewed and fine tuned for each project to ensure the owner receives the desired outcome. Drawing review by our experienced staff can also assist in delivering a smooth project without surprise modifications or costly change orders.
Design (New Construction and Renovations)
The laboratory markets we serve are constantly changing and we must always be able to adapt. Because all of our products are "built to order" we rarely run into a problem with providing custom items. We are able to put ideas on paper for review prior to making final decisions. We request that those individuals working in the space are involved to ensure the end result fits the process.
Budget/ Estimate
We are able to review all aspects of the project and offer value engineering options while keeping the desired outcome in mind. This approach allows the owner to see where the costs are in the laboratory furnishings package. Due to constant changes in the economy and volatile raw material costs, it is wise to review options on each project. In many cases a simple "non critical" change can save time and money on a project.
Project Management
We are responsible for bringing all the key components of a lab together to create a quality environment. Project management actually encompasses all activities under our services heading as managing a project is more than expediting deliveries. Our approach is to plan ahead to ensure the laboratory furnishings are ready when the construction schedule is able to accept them. While simple to do, this is the MOST OVERLOOKED task in our industry, which can lead to a delay in project completion. Communication is the key ingredient.
Installation
Quality craftsmanship is key to a successful installation. We will always provide quality installers and staff the project appropriate to the project schedule. Communication with the site lead is imperative well before our products are to be installed. Reviewing site conditions, field dimensioning and assisting contractors in site requirements is part of this role.
Service - after install
We pride ourselves on repeat business. If there is a warranty item requiring attention we will handle with the factory on your behalf. If you have a non-warranty item we will review and provide options to meet your desired outcome. We value your business and will work hard to maintain your trust.
